What We Will Not Do
We won't tell you a door needs full replacement when a spring or a set of rollers will do the job. Springs, cables, rollers, and hinges are wear parts. If the track is straight and the panels aren't rusted through or bent, repair is usually the right call and the cheaper one.
We also won't quote a job over the phone for anything beyond a basic spring or opener swap. Doors built in the 80s and 90s sometimes have hardware that isn't stocked anymore, and we'd rather look at the door in person than guess and be wrong.
